Clan War Tournaments

i remember offering up the exact same idea months ago probably back in august, with different details as in different rewards and how matchmaking could work and once the tournament had started, ways it should proceed like you may only view the person's base you are about to attack and you can not view anyone else's until you're the attack. stuff like that... But even then they told me it was an old idea and had already been proposed. so i guess i should say, it's back from the grave.

edit: i know my join date says nov 2014, but my brother and i had our accounts banned. We were on the same wifi so we both got banned for having multiple accounts lol, thats when we found out each other had accounts
