Adjustment to Clan War Loot Bonus Based on Percentage Star Difference
At the moment the winning loot bonus is a static percentage (X%) and the losing bonus is a static percentage (Y%) Note: I don't know what they percentages actually are. How about if both were then multiplied by the difference in stars expressed as a percentage in the formula ((your team stars/total stars)+0.5)*100
So if it's a close war then X and Y stay basically the same as they are now.
e.g. Team 1: 45 stars vs Team 2: 46 stars.
Team 1 would get loot bonus x Y x 99.4% (only a 0.6% reduction). Team 2 would get loot bonus x X% x 100.6% (only a 0.6% increase)
However, if the winning team absolutely destroyed the opponent then they would get even more loot and the losing team would get much less loot.
e.g. Team 1: 50 stars vs Team 2: 12 Stars.
Team 1 would get loot onus x X% x 130.6% (a further 30% increase). Team 2 would get loot bonus x Y% x 69.4% (a further 30% decrease)
That encourages both sides to fight much more competitively and to win as many stars as possible EVEN if they are losing AND discourages farming wars where clans give up before it's even started and ask to farm the top TH's for losing loot bonus AND would increase the potential loot from wars.
