Attack players while they attack others

When players are online we cant attack them because they are in their village. But wouldnt it be fun to be able to attack a player when he is searching or attacking other players? He isnt in his village but "visiting" others. More players can be attacked and its a good alternative for the personal break

Then the higher level players will certainly be dropping trophys. People will lose so much loot that they raided all night for if this was used. Plus attacks Are not very common unless you go higher up or full resources

Never gonna happen. Imagine what this would be for people above 3,600 cups? Anywhere really. If I was in the middle of attacking a collector base and I came back to my village to see that I had been 3 starred and lost 350k gold and elixir? Id be pretty frustrated.
