Im at TH7 with everything maxed out & waiting for my TH to finish upgrading to level 8 & I'm not sure whether I should upgrade my walls to level 8 when its done.
What are your views ?

They shouldn't be your first priority. Build and upgrade all of the new buildings first, then work on the splash defenses. After that, you are pretty much back in the groove of working on some of everything. Basically, I would just spend all of the spare gold on level 8 walls and don't really focus on them too much unless you think you are going to max TH 8 before you finish.
get builders started obvs but if u raid very frequently keep one builder open OR keep it doing quick upgrades (2-12hours) so when its done you can spend the gold you have raided on walls.
Rinse + repeat,

0/3 builders with the 3rd builder doing 12hour upgrades on archer+cannons
Yeah don't worry they aren't my first priority.. I was just wondering if I should ever get them done or just leave all walls at level 7 because level 8 is too expensive; 500K per brick is a joke.
It just makes me laugh when I see people with level 10 walls; that's 3mil per brick ♥♥♥♥
That really depends. I would definitely make all walls level 7 as a TH8. Level 8 is a nice to have, but really, everything else is more important. If you farm much and you have some spare gold, use it on walls. But the other defences should come first.
In short: If you are a hard core farmer: yes, if no: no
Yeah, I definitely think you should still get them. Sure they are expensive, but they do help you better protect from non-wallbreakers. The price is high and it will take a while unless you are a hardcore farmer, but they will pay pff eventually.m Being perfectly honest, though, the level 9 walls that you can get at TH 9 are the real prize. Taking an extra lvl 5 wb to break through is a huge advantage.Quote:

I do however value level 7 walls, as I predict a wallbreaker level 6 soon which can break level 6 walls in one.
I agree that on the outside of a base, lvl 7 walls do just as well as lvl 8 since it only takes 2 wallbreakers to break through. However, a well segmented base would greatly benefit to have its inner sections AND intersections lvl 8 to slow down giants, barbs, etc.Quote:
