i am from US and i am in the same clan as ALMIGHTY THOR,I can not open game form last 2days
though it opens with the starter screen showing loading but never opens, i already did all measures suggested by supercell and clash of clans facebook page by switching between data connection and wifi and all other reboot and re-install but nothing works.
I am on AT&T network and Time Warrener ISP...still have this issue.
Also have noticed others players are attacking my base and I am loosing all the resources I have collected, but still I can not login into my village.
We really appreciate all you help in matter, please keep us post with you progress with this issue.

Same here..I might just give up..they dont care..my friend told me ive been attacked a few times..but hopefully its not that bad
We need to wait till Tuesday as till Monday it is holiday..
But it's really boring without CoC..

idk why but when i quote someone the page freezes..
its cause SC's on holiday or something :p who knows..there just happy there getting money still -_-

Its been over 35 hours now that me and my Nepali clan mates haven't been able to play.
I don't find the problem to be region specific because even my clan mates from US and China are unable to play.
But, is it clan specific ? I really have no clue.
I got the notifications and I have already been attacked 5 times- why wouldn't I, I had lots of resources. :mad:
Two of my builders are sitting idle because I can't log in to allocate them work.
Please fix this.

Thanks for your best efforts to resolve this to the best of your abilities.
But as you can see this is not an INDIA specific or region specific problem.
What i can best guess is that this is a server/clan specific problem. Lets analyse the facts.
1) All the players in my clan all 48 of them are affected by this problem. They come from China, India, UK , Australia and the US. Hence it is not a REGION SPECIFIC PROBLEM and IT IS A CLAN SPECIFIC PROBLEM.
2) I tried yesterday to log in on my network from a NEW idevice. I downloaded the game created a new Game Center ID. The game loaded just fine and started at Level 1. Hence it is not a NETWORK SPECIFIC problem as well.
3) Now on this new idevice i disconnected from the new GC ID and loaded my old GC ID and the problem was back. The game got stuck on the loading screen again. Hence it IS AN ACCOUNT SPECIFIC / CLAN SPECIFIC PROBLEM.
4) Now on this new idevice i disconnected again my Old GC ID and loaded the new GC ID. The problem started affecting my new GC ID as well. Hence i think there is some bug which started affecting my new idevice from the server of my old GC ID.
5) I performed a factory reset of my new IDEVICE. And VOILA the game started working again.
Hence i think there is some bug or virus which is affecting the idevice from the server side. This is what SUPERCELL needs to look into.
I have done all these tests in the last 72 hours and the observations i have mentioned above. My only request is for you to please take it up with SUPERCELL and share with them this issue as i have described. I am sure they will now be able to fix it.

i just updated my phone and then downloaded coc and started the game without any id on gamecenter,i can open a new fresh base, but then when i tried to start the game with my id of gamecenter,it asked me to load chief kishan's base with level 8 walls,i cliicked ok,and then the game begin to load again and then,it just stucks on the loading screen...
so as a whole there's no fault in the device or device settings,its the fault of coc servers,only coc team can solve this problem,hope u fix it and respond to the player who spent money on your game.thank you...
