Like I said, it is a fledgling idea. So in the interest of keeping the TH valued . . . if they kill the TH 100% of the loot taken comes from the victim. If the TH survives the amount taken from the victim is the inverse of the % damage done. So if they put their storages out in the corner and the attacker gets 200,000 with 10% damage, 180,000 comes from their loot and 20,000 comes out of thin air. But if they do 80% damage (and TH survives) only 40,000 is taken and the other 160,000 comes from thin air. This would incentivize making the attacker wade through your defenses to get to your loot while still taking a percentage from the victim village every attack.
