Can't get into the game after the update
Hey,
i play coc for a really long time now, but after the upgrade of today (23-05-13) i can't get on it anymore.
When i click on the image of COC the loading screen comes and then it loads till half way and then it shut off.
I've downloaded it several times and tried again, but that didn't work. I've also tried to restore it on my computer and even that did not work. Also the trick for clicking away all open programs did not work.
Update; ive tried many times to get on my COC, when i push home while loading and then double home and open it there i come into COC but after a few seconds im trown out again, so this is not my device but THE freaky lack in ur game...
Now im getting in by doing this, only when i see THE message that my gc logged in then they trow me out. Hope this Will be better soon!
update 2; Now, it doesnt work any more. I can't get on my COC at the moment.

New Update Broke the game...
Every update makes this game crash more and more for me..this new update crashes my app everytime i open it..i havent been able to go on at all..does SuperClueless EVER know what they are doing..?
yes btw i have re installed the app twice and turned my ipod off and on about 15 times
Same Issue with iPad 1... HELP SuperCell... You may lose a lot of loyal customers!

I have posted elsewhere that I am having the same issue as many others with the latest update 5/23/2013 on my iPad 1 with iOS 5.1.1.
Clash was already crashing before, but eventually after restarting my iPad, things would work fine...it never worked the very first time after two updates. After this morning's app update though, I have only been able to login twice, even after deleting the app, reinstalling it three times... NOTHING! Restarting multiple times... NOTHING!
If Clash no longer supports the first iPad, then SuperCell needs to tell us that. There are many of us out here with the first gen iPad, which works perfectly fine. Again I reiterate, if SuperCell is no longer supporting this hardware, please let us know, so we will not waste our real money and time playing the game, otherwise, please fix this issue, there are a lot of us out here with the 1st gen iPad. Thanks.

Do you think the fact that you have a JB device helps with stability of the game somehow? Just curious, thanks again.

iOS 4.3 and above is supported so you should be fine, i'm personally using the same as you iPad 1 5.1.1 - in fact mine is jailbroken and is working fine, however I do know that some people have issues with JB devices and that can mean SC can't always help.
The only thing I can suggest and you will hate me for it is to log a ticket with SC and wait for them to reply - as you know they are insanely busy so 2-3 weeks is typical for a response.
I'm sorry I can't help further other than to suggest you do a factory reset of your device (assuming you have associated your game with game centre!!) which might not be possible if you have other game progress etc on there you want to keep.
But it does sound like there is some instability.
