Dark Elixir storage made available at Town Hall 6

Hi, I just started playing this game a couple of months ago (last December) and have become addicted. I also recently started another new account on my computer via ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. My first account is currently a TH6, and I've noticed that when I'm attacking bases via clan search (I currently have 1209 trophies), I often loot Dark Elixir but have nowhere to store it because you can't build DE Storages until TH7.

I propose that the dark elixir storages be made available one level before the drills are made available so that newcomers are able to loot and store dark elixir BEFORE they can upgrade to a townhall 7 and already have some saved up to spend when they finally can and do upgrade.

I don't know if this would upset any previous balance changes, but it just makes sense to me, and would be a pretty cool change.
