Oh boy, good news comes along and people are upset - seriously, the prices were what they were when you chose to upgrade, now they are lower - enjoy that for what it is.
Another story.
Holiday started, my friend couldn't wait to play XXX game, and just bought it straight from steam's store.
I waited awhile, sure and luckily enough, a week later, that game was on 66% discount on steam's store, which I bought it.
Boy, was my friend mad :p
