how about a barracks control center? this building organize troops distribution equally on each barracks. Example if you train 40 barbarians, the control center will distribute it equally on each barracks. but on the instances you train 9 barbarian the remaining 1 will randomly distributed to barracks.

For some reason, I actually support the guy who made this thread. In fact i actually do distribute troops if I have an extra barracks avaliable.Hope Supercell shows the same consideration.

I think this is "partially" ruled out, as it is a bit connected to customizable barracks (ultimately, it's similar to saved queues)

That's my barracks control center, or whatever you want to call it. I can just scroll left and right and see at a glance whether my barracks are balanced or not. I can compare the total time left to train in each barracks, so I can even balance training times when I have an odd number of wizards training. (By "odd", I mean that I don't have the same number of wizards in all the barracks, so one or more barracks will finish 8 minutes earlier.)
I suppose if we had to click on each barracks one at a time, there might be a purpose for this. But when you can scroll through your barracks (and dark barracks and spell factory) so quickly, why would we need a single place to queue everything up automatically? If it were automatic, you wouldn't have fine-tuned control over which units finish first. (I.e., in case you decide to go raiding before your army camps fill all the way up.)
I really don't see a point. Learn some math. Use a calculator. And be grateful the interface is as efficient as it already is. Heck, I'm starting to wonder if you didn't know you could scroll through your barracks easily. After all, I didn't know it until I was a TH7.
