new rank in between elders and co leaders

so in our clan we try to promote guys to elder that attack well in wars and donate and are good team players etc. i really wish there was another rank because in our clan now we have 4 leaders, our leader and 3 co leaders, and we do not want anymore leaders. there are guys that dont get promoted to elder for whatever reason but that we dont want to kick out, but we also have some guys that deserve to be promoted above the other elders but we dont need any more leaders. so it would be nice to show appreciation and give members something to work for. so ranks could be member, elder, major, co leader, and leader. major is just an example. let me know what you think.

You can only have 50 members- I don't see the need for another rank at all.

Imo it doesn't make any sense to have a rank purely dedicated to recognizing members.........If you want to recognize a member for being extraordinary add a member of the week to the clan description or something.

The coleader position serves a purpose, to help the clan function since a Leader (theoretically) won't be on 24/7. Elders help with recruiting (accepting/kicking members). There is really no need for a 4th rank within the clans. Other than recognition, it serves not practical purpose.

I actually agree

I was actually about to make the same suggestion. While the practicality of it may be limited, there is something to showing appreciation for good work and dedication to the clan. People have always been motivated by rank, and just one more rank between Elder & Co would be perfect for that purpose.

Elder's already have too little privileges. With the addition of the new rank, Elder will be meaningless save for the title.
