Problem Uploading Pictures

So I've tried many things now, imgur, file upload, but I keep getting this message

IMG_0654.PNG: Exceeds your quota by 52.9 KB. <a href="misc.php?do=attachments" target="_blank">Click here to view your attachments</a>

or it just says "file too large"

I think that the problem is when i go to attach something. There are already 3 picture files that take up available space for file uploads, and I can't find a way to delete those pictures from files available for upload

Sorry if this confuses you, I probably didn't do a very good job explaining what the problem is. If you guys have any idea waht to do that would be awesome

You have to resize them & make them smaller. You exceeding the size & data limit.

Well how would I do that? I just take screenshots of my base, impprt them to iPhoto, then find the file and post that, can I resize the images in iPhoto?

Don't attach images.

Just upload them to a image server (imagebam, tinypic, etc) and insert the URL in the IMG box.

I tried that also, and it still says that the file is too large

Don't use attachments. Also, you don't have to use attachments when you use imgur.com.
Once uploaded to imgur.com, just copy the BBcodes for img then paste it in the post.
You have to resize your screenshot if it is too big.
