Rush a mini?

^ this is completely wrong. Moving to TH9 and getting the queen will easily bump you up above other th8s in your clan. I did the exact thing you are talking about on a mini because I wanted a second account for donations. My war base went from number 12 to number 6 soon as I hit 9 and got the queen.

As a plus you get lvl 6 balloons and you should be able to do really well in wars after that.

As a side note maybe I would try to get lvl 4 minions before I went to TH9 cause they are important for the extra dps in wars.

I am right, read what he says, not his position in war he's refering to the war searches! And you went up bc u had better defences and plus got the queen!

If you think you are right thats cool. I just have direct experience with this.

Of course he is referring to war searches and you need to stop and think about it. A higher ranked base means he will get matched up with higher ranked matchup in war. So yes this will effect his clan by giving them an overall harder opponent.

To your last point you are just confirming what I already said. You get the queen and it ranks higher in the searching algorithm. My defenses werent upgraded anymore than at th8. I simply got the queen instantly at th9 and started a war search and it moved my mini account from 12 to 6.

I feel like you just arent understanding what I am saying but hopefully the OP does.

Which is why you should rush with th7 defenses and have th9 offenses. So you'll be matched in between other th8. Surprisingly, others cannot easily 3* you as th8 while lvl6 giants and aq alone can 3* almost any th8 (because they're guarding against dragons) . Personal experience of rushing

I understand both responses. So rushing to th9 but not building its extra defense buildings will keep your war ranking low.
