Problem uploading Photos to forums...

So I've uploaded pictures in the past, but recently I've gotten this message when I've tried to upload a picture

IMG_0654.PNG: Exceeds your quota by 52.9 KB. <a href="misc.php?do=attachments" target="_blank">Click here to view your attachments</a>

I don't know why, I've been using the tool with a tree on it to upload pictures, is that the problem?

I'm going to try to attach a picture in this post and see if that works.

Ok Sorry I figured it out, btw thats my base from 5 months ago so don't judge....
I'm still having problems adding files to be able to be uploaded, i can only upload those three pictures. How do I delete files that i can upload?
