New hero idea!

Many of us use air attack strategies including troops such as balloons and minions. The heroes currently in this game do not aid to the complete air strategy, they help but they do not have the same ability to fly over walls and target buildings. I present to you a new hero idea whip which can help you win any battle whether air or ground attacks this new hero can determine whether you win. The Griffin would be a new hero which could fly with your balloons and minions and provide many new strategies to win battles. This hero would have specific stats and an ability to prevent it from being too overpowered. This new troop will have a base health of 1200 and a base attack of 150, allowing it to be in between a Barbarian King and Archer Queen, which are the already implemented heroes. This troop will move at a speed of 16 which is equivalent to a barbarian or dragon. The requirements will be that the player will have to be town hall 10 and the cost to buy this hero will be 60,000 Dark Elixr slightly more than an Archer queen. The bility would be to spawn 3 minions and will increase as do the other heroes do as we'll as a heal effect similar to the Barbarian Kings rage effect. The regeneration time will be 45 minutes, upgrade cost will start at 20,000 dark elixr and increase by 5000 dark elixr each upgraded the DPS increase will be by 3 everytime and the healthy increase will be 7. Ability time will increase by 1 second and 100 total hitpoints healed every 5 levels upgraded.This new hero could revolutionize attacking and defending in Clash of Clans and I appreciate anyone who takes a look and considers my proposal.

What would the ability preventing it from being OP be?

How so is more needed? I thought I covered all the stats?

Uou Need More stats, Like Specific numbers. Dps, health, what it's ability will be, etc.

Regeneration time, upgrade cost, DPS increase on upgrade, health increase on upgrade, ability time...
