New Trophy/War Clan

Hey my name is jared and i have recently made a clan called FlashBackElite, now you may be wondering what my new clan is going to be and what we are going to strive to do.
1. Try to get 40 members by the end of February,
2. Get our trophy count over 16k by the end of February
3.By the end of March have over 22k trophies
4.By april be in the top 169 in the WORLD
These standards seem to be set high because i want to strive to be the best as quick as possible
Requirements
LvL 60+ is preferred but not requiered
No cussing
Lvl5+ troops preffered
TH 6 or above preferred
