So recently I bought 25 dollar prepaid MasterCard with the intention of buying gems but when ever I type in the information I get an error saying "invalid credit card" although I can phone the provider and the confirm that there is 25 dollars on the card. So I'm wondering if prepaid cards do not work, or if I'm just having problems because of human error.
If it's not international (I'm pretty sure prepaid cards aren't) it won't work.Quote:

When you buy a prepaid card, for say $25 as an example. You will NEVER have access to the full $25 on it. Long story short, there are fee's associated with using prepaid cards. If you try to charge something for say $20 it would go through, but never for the full amount. Prepaid cards suck, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Get a google play/apple store gift card next time!Quote:

You can't just buy those cards then use them on the Internet right away. You need to set it up like the the guy said above and get an address attached to it for it to work. Those cards are ussually for making purchases in real life not online. Itunes card or Google play card will let you use it right after purchasing it.
