Whenever they have a maintenance break if your uograding troops the upgrade can be "bumped". It's a glitch that if it happens to you, you're lucky.

They were only level 3, too.
I believe that's been an issue since JANUARY. We also had someone in our clan with the same "problem".
It's so easy for SC to detect, and yet they take so long to do something about it? I read something recently from a moderator about how seriously they take these problems. :rolleyes:
