"Under heal" Xbows don't do anything healing hogs either.

th10s have 3 lvl3 skel traps each with 4 skels each with 25 dps, adding to 300. Th9s only have 3 lvl2 (I think) which have 3 skels each. 9 skels with 25 dps is 225.

Might as well say nothing does anything under heal as the only defence with more dps than xbows is the tesla at th9.
Heals don't last forever, and skel traps outdamage them anyway. An extra 225 dps against helpless hogs is nothing to scoff at.

well of course we are talking about hogs under heal here, who in their right mind would try to use hogs without heals anyway

... Am I the only one here that thinks, apart from pekka strategies, hogs were hit the most with skele traps? Seen many an attack fail when the traps are triggered.

When skel traps first came out the people complaining the most were hoggers from what I remember. People evidently seem to have adapted to it however.

Skeleton Traps definitely have a large effect on TH10 gameplay. Heal does negate them, but while not under heal they will eat your hogs up. It all depends on placement how effective they are...
