Throughout TH8 I basically just Barched. I hovered around Gold 2- Gold 1 where I had pretty good Loot on most days.
I was wondering if this was still the #1 Farming strategy for TH9, as far as efficiency? I'm only asking because my Lab is almost done and I want to prioritize the best farming troops first.
So to sum up. What is the ideal Trophy range/Troop composition for the most efficient farming in TH9? Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
Use Barch with 8 wallbreakers you find lots of collector bases in gold 1 and you can take on storage raids if need be.
Barching will always be the number one farming strategy. BAM is a close second if you aren't worried about DE usage too much.
At TH9 you do have two new strategies to get storages involving LVL 6 giants and LVL 6 balloons. Again, if you dont want to use minions with balloons Ive seen people sucessfully use archers with balloons. Minions are basically just air archers that can fly but have a slightly shorter range.
You can put anything behind your giants but you need a few wall breakers with giants to let them inside so they can help your attackers get to the storages. Again archers are the cheap way to go or even goblins and barbs, but people use healers and wizards with giants a lot too. Sometimes a few hogs give you some more options for attacking but you certainly dont need to waste dark elixir on them, it just opens up your options more.
As the previous poster mentioned, wall breakers are pretty key to getting inside to storages unless you use flying units.
Loonion will start opening up as a DE farm strat but for now just stick with BArch. Gold leagues.
Hog barch is fun and good way to get loot
use like 20-24 hogs and rest barch

Hogs are also very weak against infernos so you can only really use them below Masters league.
