What's your favorite defensive building/trap?

As the title suggest, I'm curious as to what people find their favorite. Given every build has it's purpose (Spring Traps for those giants, Air Defense for them dragons, Wizard Towers for splash damage, etc.) i'm asking:

What is your favorite defensive build?
AND/OR
What do you think is the best defensive build? (Because we all know their different.)

I'll start it off,
My Favorite: Hidden Tesla (it seems i've grown a liken to them. Not only does the x2 damage to pekkas help but they get to a level where they are literally one shooting all the tier 1 troops that come next to it.)

The Best: Inferno Tower (Nothing says "F your healing spell" quiet like one of these)

Spring trap! Not demanding like everything else needing upgrades. Just gets on with its job!

Love the spring trap. Just watching 5 giants fly, or 50 odd barbs... and what disappointment the attacker must feel.

But for me, the best defense (since I'm at 7 still) would have to be the wizzies tower.

first of all i like to say i like this thread!
as the best defense it's quite easy i think..the inferno tower!
but it's defnitely not my favorite one, that is the wizard tower.
i like it for different reasons, it has so many benefits.
it shoots air and ground, of course that's awesome.
But also it can take out large groops of small troops at once or damage a big troop a bit.
When it takes out a few wb right before they take out a wall, or when it takes out a whole bunch of bloons or when it takes out all those lovely gobs/barbs/arch when those try to get my loot.

I love watching my mortars and wizard towers totally murdering barch.

i love the skeleton trap.Great new addition, since the wizards power the HT why not make the witch power something?Makes me wonder about future updates. but when it gets to level 3 is when it starts to become a problem.

another favorable mention is the giant bombs. these things have saved my base numerous times from farmers and Hog Riders in clan wars

Skeleton trap...I get what you mean...my AQ was one hit away from th and getting 50% as well as the other star(for th) when a lone archer hitting a wall triggered the skeletons...she targeted the skeletons and since the skeletons were in range of x-bow...I got 49%😭

Favorite defense: Can castle.

Favorite Trap: I'd say tesla, but that's a defense, so... Skeleton Trap.
