If hero upgrades were only 5 days, you could still go to war once a week on a regular schedule. If they aren't going to make upgrading heroes available in war, then maybe they should reduce the upgrade time to 5 days. It won't help people that was constantly or war twice a week, but it would help more casual players like myself that like to go to war once a week.

Sleaping heroes, camps, dark pumps and everything over 7 days.

Barracks and heroes.

While certainly not the worst, Clan castle, nothing like getting a 48 or so in an attack and not being able to get that extra push or have troops defend your village for 12 days

Barracks. Even if you do 1 at a time, if you use barch like me, that's potentially -25% loot per hour for the duration of the upgrade.

Only thing I hate upgrading is the Queen. I want her high level asap, which means constant upgrades but I really hate raiding without her.

I can deal with the long defence upgrades. I actually prefer the longer ones so inbetween I can focus purely on walls.
