I bought a 7d shield. All my gems are gone.

Its not the point. I swapped accounts and find im 7d shielded.. How could i have spent them when i was on the other account the whole time. When i say it wasnt me, i mean even acccidentaly with a 'butt purchase'

Buying things on its own? If you have already spent the money on gems it is on its way to Supercell's account. Period. They don't need you to spend the gems ingame, they couldn't care less whenever you spend it on boosting or gemming a builder to clear a bush.

Reading through the topic I just realized something. You didn't buy a 7d shield and you only lost a fraction of your free gems, so where does the title come from?

No reason to contact support, its your own fault and they are overloaded anyways with people not linking their accounts to GC. I have started a valky upgrade in the lab and had to farm more to get my AQ going. Guess what, still playing.
