Cannot edit my base !!

My game crashes every time I press the layout editor button. It only happens to my ID, because I logged out my ID and logged in other Apple ID, the layout editor button works fine. I'm using iPhone 6, and my friend used his iPad to log in my ID, he pressed the layout editor it crashed also. I think it is my ID problem. Once I click the layout editor button, it will automatically quit to home screen. It happens everytime I don't know why. This situation lasted for 3 days. It just happened suddenly. I describe this problem to supercell but supercell just replied my general solution. It is not helping at all. I tried delete my game and reinstall it, it's not working. It's not even my device problem. Help!!!!!!!!

I find it really hard to believe this is somehow connected to your "ID", usually I'd say it is related to the internet connection or the device conditions

Did you contact Support about this yet?

Yeah it is seriously my ID problem if supercell wants my Apple ID to try it I would like to give him. Yeah I did contact Support about it already. It just introduced what is layout editor to me. I'm really desperate. Please help me

I have the same problem with you. Is it your problem settled already?

I'd say that you try linking your account to a different ID, or playing on a different device!

me too.. i uninstall and reinstall my game too.. but still can't edit my base.. can anyone please help..

I had tried linking my village to a different device, but nothing seems working out.
