I would say I have encountered th9/10s in every league including and not limited to, 0-3000+ trophies.
You're going to get rolled no matter what, bud.
Silver 3.......

I would say silver three or bronze II. TH9/10's frequently patrol Gold I and above, and there are also lots at sub 300. So, I would say go in the middle of the two largest groups, in Silver or Bronze. However, Silver I and Bronze III will have carry overs from the two main areas, so I would try to avoid those two. Also, some TH9's want to try "Deep farming", and so go to the closest bronze league (Bronze I).

also since I am gonna be away, what should I do about my base? keep in mind that my collectors are level 8 so I don't have to worry so much about turning into a collector raid
