How to do Balloonion?

Hello, I may be getting max level balloons in a couple days. I have never used balloonion before, and i dont know how to use it. Can someone please explain it to me, like how to deploy the loons and minions, and also what spells should i take with.I have a level 5 spell factory

There are various ways you can do balloonion. I will talk a little about each below:

1. Linear

For this you deploy your balloons in a line and then drop a rage on them when they come close to any air defenses and/or wizard towers. Personally, this is what I typically do when I farm with balloonion. Ideally, you should do this on bases with lower leveled defenses overall.

2. Clustered

Like with hogs and giants, you can deploy all of your balloons in one spot. Like linear loonion, it is best to rage the loons as soon as an air defense or wizard tower is in range. This version is effective, but leaves your loons susceptible to wizard towers. If you want to utilize this to its full potential, bring along some heal spells.

3. Surgical

This is what people who push into the higher leagues use. It involves deploying loons more conservatively, typically in small waves ranging from 2-4. The purpose is to break apart the base in sections "surgically" so that your minions can later clean up and get 50%. This is mainly suited for gaining trophies but it can also be applied to getting some loot from more challenging bases.

As for actual army compositions, start with at least 24 balloons and rest minions. As you use balloonion more you will know whether to add more loons or take some away. Good luck with learning it! It is quite fun! :cool:

Thanks alot man, i will try linear

before you do, check out some of the issues they have had with the loon glitch. until it is fixed you might wanna wait, at least for vital attacks like war.

Until you get into Masters 3 or so, linear will yield 1-2 star raids.
Just use heal spells because they are faster to make than rage. And consider carrying a lightning for CC troops.

Note: Rage spells help destroy air defense and infernos quicker, heal spells does wonders vs wiz towers.
