Upgrades?

I just bought 14,000 gems. I gemmed all collectors, barracks, drills, and SF. My balloons are level 3 and my CC is level 4. Should I gem my CC to level 6 or Gem balloons to level 6. Which will benefit me more?

Never gem recourses. Boost your barracks or Mines/Pumps/Drills instead. It's a LOT more effecient.

Do the max level balloons.

Unless you have a generous clan keeping you constantly supplied with quality troops, I would max the Balloons, provided that you use them.
