photo uploading?

I looked for it, but could not find an answer. Can one post a photo from an iOS device?

Yes you can, but you have to upload it through an image hosting site such as tinypic. And the use the img tags with the image link like so (quote me to see what i mean)

if you dont see my dog then you may have to go to the desktop version of the site, which can be done from the bottom of the forums page. And yes it can be done on mobile device.
