They would!!..lol. Learn to play whilst stuff is being upgraded. Wait till your heros are upgrading. Then you will really complain

Its never going to happen, heres why: SC makes money off gems people buy to gem the barracks, why would they give up the chance to make money, when their game is already free. All you do if have to pay by waiting, which isn't that hard!:)

I agree, you should be able to use barracks while upgrading it. Army camps work that way. Barracks should also.

Army camps dont produce anything...
Spell factory,Lab (labs produce a new troop level) and barracks dont produce anything while being upgraded and it should remain that way
