Add a forth war star

So here's what I was thinking.

1 star for destroying the Town Hall
another star for 33% of the village destroyed
another star for 66% of the village destroyed
another star for 100% of the village destroyed

I know of the leaked details of the next update, so I am not taking credit for the percentage system. I'm simply adding to it since the percentage system would render the Town Hall useless. Thoughts?

The best system would be destroying the townhall is the first star, then and only then is 50% damage the second star. As it is its too easy to get 1 star by picking off random buildings.
