Supercell always change offensive names, or real names on request. I know two people who had it changed. I think you may not be telling us the truth here mate. And if you are then I suggest you contact them again, and explain the problem better.

According to the TOS a player isn't allowed to speak on behalf of supercell.

SC is just incompetent. I also reported other guys on buying accounts. What have they do? They ignored me. Because they are not interressted in - ONLY IN MONEY.

I read so much about the bad support. Sometimes they are good, but at bigger problems they are just...
You get only automatic messages mostly.

And yeah, change my Thread Name, you only cant read critic.

But, could you imagine how many message they receive all day long ?
I mean i think that they do not make difference between a TH3 complaining than a Max TH10 one...
