So guys, My friend is currently upgrading to Lv. 10, but I think he's upgrading way too soon. Here is a pic of his base so you can see:

Now I know he should focus on getting his defenses up to speed, but I have to ask: can he do it without it being too much of a hassle?
I can only see half of the image, but half of the image is enough. Tell him to cancel immediately if he hasn't already. He's screwing himself over. He should be farming.
I think I fixed the image issue, so it should be loading correctly now. I'll tell him what you said Radiating.
With the wall like that 3* is not a hard problem :)
There are those advocating a strong offense with minimal defense for clan war...I am NOT one of them. Way, Way too soon. Full disclosure...I max my bases.

if he's gonna play that way, tell him to abandon defenses and focus on offense
farm more than what can be looted from him
he won't be pleasing to Warring Clan's Eyes though, but he went for that path, nothing we can do about it
Thanks for the input, guys. I gave him the link to see your comments. I just wanted to help him with his base. He has started a secondary account that he is taking slowly, so if his current base doesn't play out, he can start fresh with that.
If your friend is a "serious" COC player, he will either get to TH10 and Rage quit permanently once he arrives there, or he can cancel the UPgrade a farm for the rest of the year and then maybe be ready for TH10 lol
Whoa, that is WAY too early! Everything needs upgrading, especially the walls (twice!)! My buildings are a ew levels above his, and I haven't considered upgrading yet.... In other words, he ded.
Can't think of any clan that would allow him in ... he would be a drain on the clan. Easy target for just about any level TH and could only attack lower levels (if he was lucky) :-(
