Sounds troll... show us a picture of your defense log.

I've several times in sub200 faced the same person within 2 minutes and in one case even 3 times. Just made sure to don't go over 39% and leave TH.

Well nothing, now. It used to be against the ToS but now it is not.

The only reason I could see why it used to be against the ToS is because it gives you an unfair advantage over someone who does not have multiple devices.

To the OP: No public way that I know of for someone to single you out.

I don't think he is specifically saying that it was the same person every time rather then it maybe being the same person once or twice.

I would like to know what the policy is on multi-accounting? To be honest, it does seem to be rampant.... it may not always be 18 attacks in a row, but it certainly happens with 3 to 4 (again, seemingly unrelated players) with regularity.

You statement in bold itself confirms that it wasn't a coordinated effort. You really think one person is putting in that much effort to raid you? Paranoid much?

And then we add to the fact that there is no way to do such a thing due to randomness of Attacking.

The trouble SC is trying to avoid is someone having several accounts are twofold

1. If you have ten accounts all in the same clan you can share troops back and forth, limiting the chances you will buy gems..

2. From a tech support point of view, if a player has several accounts the lure to play them all on the same device is great. If that players accidentally overwrites one with another they will expect SC to fix this mess they created. To keep from being responsible for this, SC writes their ToS in such a way to allow them to deny support if you have multiple accounts.

This doesn't mean that SC is out looking for people with multiple accounts, many players do. They are just covering all bases in case it goes bad.

your first argument is invalid. Clans already share troops back and forth.

I had no idea multi-accounting is against the ToS. o.o If so, I know tons of people (Including Chief Pat!) who are guilty of this.
There is no real benefit to having multiple accounts, unless you wish to redo the simple attack strategies at low level TH's.
