Multi Accounting

I have looked around, and there seems to be virtually no where to post complaints or issues short of bugs......... I also didn't seem to find any existing threads related to this topic. For all I know, this is actually a cheered tactic and just don't know it.

I would like to know what the policy is on multi-accounting? I have been attacked upwards of almost 18 times in one night, all within (roughly) 60 seconds of each other.... the first 17 attacks are sure to keep my defense losses below a level that would raise my shield, and the final attack does a full assault, thus triggering my shield. A simple review shows numerous different clans(not all are in clans), all different players, seemingly different nationalities. It doesn't take much to realize it is a coordinated farm effort, and it also doesn't take much to realize it is all the work of most likely one player.

So, is this legal, frowned upon, or what?

To be honest, it does seem to be rampant.... it may not always be 18 attacks in a row, but it certainly happens with 3 to 4 (again, seemingly unrelated players) with regularity.

I'm guessing your trophies were really really low...... but have more then one account it legal and i dont think frowned apon in game, though here on the forums muti account will ban all accounts here.

were you in or around sub-200 trophies? if so, a lot (and I mean a LOT) of people will "attack" your base by dropping one troop so they can drop trophies

Multi-accounting is against Supercell's TOS, nevertheless people still do it normally. However, I highly doubt that one person has 17 accounts all targeting specifically you. You can't choose who to attack unless its revenge, and I doubt they'll cycle through thousands of players just to find you again... several more times. Thus, I don't understand your logic that this was a coordinated farm effort, but they were all most likely different players. Attacking and defending is part of the game, so its not surprising 17 people will attack you in a row (though bit excessive; might be your trophy range) especially if you have a defensive base. I'm not sure if I understood you correctly entirely, but I hope I answered your question.

As far as I know the search for an opponent to attack is random. How would a clan/individual be able to target you like that?

While it does state its against the ToS, it gives no advantage what so ever other than being able to test on an account without losing on your main. Its extremely unlikely to raid the same person twice even with having multiple accounts. However it is possible as i have done back to back look raids on the same base. But happening once is soo unlikely, i couldn't imagine the odds of it happening 18 times.
Put your th on the outside of your base if youre not trying to rack up defense wins.

They can't. This player must not have know about it. If you go low in trophies like sub 200 then you will be raided ALOT. I a 4 hour period i was raid 32 times.

Having more than one account is not against the terms of service, there is a link to the terms of service at the bottom of the forum page. What they do say is they will only support one account per device. So if a player has two accounts on one device and has a problem then Supercell are not obliged to help solve the problem.

It used to be against the ToS but was largely ignored. Now it is no longer against the ToS.

Since the last update on the TOS, they removed this provision for multiple accounts on the same device. However, while they will no longer consider it a breach of their TOS, they make it clear if you have problems on any of the accounts on the same device, they are not obligated to help you. Multiple on multiple devices are perfectly OK and you will receive standard customer service.
