Uh yea..
But any turret really, if they are fixed on the Golems then your skellies run wild. so spread them on that side of the base you wish to breach (thinking the side with the AQ, so you can vanquish her swiftly) each base layout is different, but Witches tend to do well in the spread wide base types that don't over lap coverage a lot and push the spawn border close to the edge of the map.
Or you can deploy one for the Witch mob and the other just before you deploy your Royals (AQ) to shield them (or her more specifically)
you will find the strengths/weaknesses after a few tries
Some alternatives using witches
I'm a TH9 also, maxed troops (except heroes, valks going to 4)
Against tight TH9 bases: I had success using GoWiWi (3 golems, 4 witches), 2 rage 2 heal
Against open bases TH9: GoWiWiPe, 3 rage 1 heal
Against TH10 with singles: GoWiWiPe (witches help get 50%), maybe add a jump if you're good at funneling pekkas
Against TH10 with multis: GoWiWi, save 10 archers to pick off buildings after you get the townhall, 3 rage, 1 jump (its easy to funnel troops with 3 golems)
I've tried mass witch raid (17 witches) on maxed TH9 in war: 0 stars hahaha
Also the recent Archer Tower doubled firing rate is a Skeleton nerf.
You would need a golem to take all the damage of the witches.
