How Long Does it Take to Max?

At the bare minimum, spending a couple thousand dollars... about half an hour.:rolleyes:

But I'd say there are way too many factors to give you a straight answer.

I started in July 2013, I have gemmed a little but not a ton, but I have always had 5 builders (gemmed those right from the start).

It took me around 16 months, maybe a little more, to max everything but walls and heroes. I farm every day and I farm a lot (current GG: 1.376b).

I will finish heroes by the 2 year mark (BK: lvl32, upgrading to lvl33, AQ: lvl27). I'll definitely finish lavas (146/250) and start my zaps before the 2 year mark, but it will be tough to finish them by then.

The place I've put the most gems (and plan on continuing to put them) is in my queen, farm the dark and gem the upgrade. She's just too awesome and I hate playing without her.

I just went TH9 about 2 weeks ago after playing for about 5 months. I managed to max TH8 (did not max collectors/barracks/lab upgrades/or King, however I did max walls and defenses). As long as you play enough it's quick to max a TH8, I got my fifth builder at TH7.
