How Long Does it Take to Max?

Hi, I'm currently an almost maxed th8. I've been playing coc for 8 1/2 months, and got my fifth builder about halfway, I actually took a month break from coc within that period. So aside from all that... I want to know (roughly) what level you'd be and how long it would take to max each th from 5 and up, and the total time. I know there are many factors including the use of gems, donating, sniping townhalls, etcetera.

I honestly really appreciate a response from an experienced player with a depth of knowledge in the game.

Well I've been playing since April 2013 and my only defenses left are mortar, Archer Tower (2 levels), and Cannons. I have mucho work to do on walls and heros. I've spent 15 bucks on the game in that time frame as well. So if you aren't spending money it's going to take you awhile but as long as you enjoy the ride (like I do) its all good.

If you play every day, it would take you at least 2 years. If your more casual about it, it will take forever!

Do you have a life?
Do you care about your friends?
If yes, you have a long time until maxing your base.

Took me over two years without gemming.

Town hall 9 takes minimum of 160 days and town hall 10 takes minimum of 214 days. So, minimum one year for these 2 levels.

I have been play since December 2013 and I play 1 to 2 hours daily and I have maxed everything(TH8) but 72 walls and mines and collectors.

Been playing 2 years this month.

All I have left are level 13 archer towers. Lab is finished (last week). Heroes are both level 20.

I play everyday. Farm every week-end. Boost every month (with collected gems from obstacles).

I only have 4 builders. Still have some level 7 walls.

I rushed TH9. Spent 13 months to max th10.

Anybody with 40/40 heroes did something special to get those in 2 years.

I've been playing since March 2014 and I'm a maxed th9 (including lava walls - heroes are 20/20) so it really depends on your own speed. A lot of my clanmates started playing about a month before me and are trying to catch upto me.

Also only thing I spend gems on are boosting.

A couple weeks with gems ;)

Honestly, it all depends on how much you play, and how hard you farm :o

For some it takes 1-1 1/2 years, and for others 3+ years :eek:

No time set in stone at least that I know of
