New hero mecha pekka

A giant robotic PEKKA.
unlock at Town hall 9-10
30 thousand dark elixer.
has an awesome giant PEKKA sword.
has an option for targeting defences, resources or any.
is immortal to tesla coils.
at lvl 5 can go 18 speed(normally 12), and can disable all defences for 5 seconds.

A barbarian king is much stronger than a barbarian.
A mecha pekka would be much stronger than a pekka.
Wouldn't that be too OP.

A maxed PEKKA is already extremely strong even compared to heroes, and teslas are what keep PEKKAS balanced so I think this would be OP

And its special ability would spawn other pekkas lol... no way to OP.
