Why maxxing out every th is a fool move , for new users

If I could go back, I would upgrade TH as soon as walls and troops are maxed.

I'm always reasonable until people start with me. In those cases yes, I am ok with bashing. And "iffy" doesn't even come close to describing rushing. People who bash others for not playing the way they want to, are in my opinion noobs. I on the other hand have always said each person should play their own way, and I have no problem with that. Too bad your to busy being all better than me to notice.

You need to lose the sensitive side, and while you're at it, post you clan and IGN, dispel the myth that those with the most to say have the least to show, you have after all had the courtesy of looking around my base and profile.

I was just repeating what he said. He only had 5 posts, so I was pretty sure it was someone's troll account. sorry for that...horrible of me.. Why does it always have to be an inferiority thing. Is it a deep rooted fear of your own, that you're subconsciously hoping others have anxiety about as well? or is it that rushers make you uncomfortable, so you have to pick a fight?

Not desperate at all. Yes I farm dead or live bases - whoever has loot. And I run into premie bases everyday with 200k to 400k of both. Not too hard to find.

I didn't pick a fight, you are the one claiming bashing every chance you get, you don't seem to be able to take any questioning of your plan with out taking it as personal bashing, you have an unhealthy need to get the last word in on every thread you participate in, for some one who's done with a thread, you sure do make some come backs lol

Carry on doing what you're doing, you may you may be making fast progress now, but it's all relative in the game, what happens when you get to TH 10, all your walls are done having dumped resources in to them, all your troop upgrades are done, and all you have left are defence upgrades, at some point you're going to have all your builders busy, you'll be farming for gold for that next expensive upgrade, meanwhile elixir will be stock piling, just as it does at TH 8, difference is you'll be a viable target with your weak upgrading defence for TH 9s and 10s, walls don't mean jack when that air army comes knocking.

All your doing is avoiding the inevitable, your choice, like I said earlier, which you choose to ignore, No right or wrong way to pay clash, but people who max, are certainly not, kids, noobs, or fools as you've variously claimed.

You keep bringing up my leaving this thread like it's a big issue. Well, what I said because I was annoyed one day doesn't really effect how I think the next. Second, I don't have to get the last word in on every thread, I think of these threads as ongoing arguments with noobs/kids/fools (like you) , not because you're a maxer...but because you come in bringing the stupid comments such as Go ahead and rush, I will destry your base etc etc... I think it's great that people max, I always encourage people to play how they want. I don't care if they do what they want, but why do people always have to come in to threads and start bashing? Have I ever called someone into a thread, to complain about them "questioning my plan"? Nope..It's not ever conctructive questioning, it's just these meaningless arguments, like what you have been doing. The "my base is better because I'm a maxer" holds no water with me. Of course your base is better now, but once I have the same amount of time in as you our bases will be equals...
That said, have you looked at my base? I rushed to TH9, and am getting my buildings upgraded here no problem. Lix doesn't pile up for people to steal, same with gold..I have been farming for what I need and upgrading it, pretty much unchallenged.

So you arrive at TH10, you've upgraded all your offense, you've poured all your resources in to walls until they can hold no more, all that's left is defence. Maybe you're planning on quitting at that point, I don't know? If you don't you're faced with upgrading your defence, each defence upgrade becoming more expensive, and longer, with builders busy that means farming, and lots of of it, gold builds up, needed for upgrades, and as a by product elixir storage's fill, even though no longer needed except for armies.

With say 7 million gold + for an upgrade sitting there waiting for a builder to come free, and elixer and DE storages heavy, does that not put you position as TH 8 maxxing away with full elixer, except in your case, you are an attractive target for TH 9s and 10s with strong armies against your upgrading.

With four/five builders working on four/five defences at one time, weakens you further, or will you have idle builders and only upgrade the minimum defences at a time?

what? Are you asking what to do with loot after you can't spend it anymore?

Well guess loot doesn't matter anymore put your storages out as charity. You think losing 1mil of each is going to slow down progression when you can't spend loot anymore somehow? When every defense cost 7mil you will be pretty damn closed to maxed right so by maxer theory no one can raid your base anyways.

BTW, you're allowed to upgrade defenses at different rates and not dump everything into walls. So if you have 5 archer towers at lv6 7 9 10 12. When you have gold upgrade the lv12 one and when you don't have gold upgrade the level 6 one. Who said every defense much be of the same level or within one level of each other and every upgrade cost 7mil+. You can manage your builders much much better upgrading like this. Instead of all upgrades taking over a week, you get to have builders free everyday to dump resources into walls.

If I find myself in that situation, I will probably be doing as Morgauth said, and have my storages outside. I can easily farm 7 mill gold in a couple sessions, So I don't mind if someone comes and robs me blind. A th8 with full elixir storages is unneccessary. At th10 it is unavoidable, as we will all max out eventually. I wasn't really trying to say Th9 was a bottleneck. It was more situational, as I was comparing it to your Th10 scenario. I have my Farming army maxed, and without walls, I would have nothing to dump lix into. I am getting closer to that point where my lix storages will be overflowing, (once I finish walls), so the 2 situations seem somewhat similar to me. (Lix upgrades almost finished, will run out of walls eventually, etc. etc.) I don't plan on quitting anything, so I don't know when I'll be quitting Clash of Clans. For now we have the same goal though..Presumably to max out ten. If I have full storages waiting for a builder please help yourself :)

So are you saying, you're rushing to TH9 so you can max that TH level faster, before moving to TH10 as a max'd TH9

If rushing to TH10 once troops are max, I don't see how you avoid the bottle neck of upgrading defensive structures, sharonsym does say never rush to TH10, that would imply maxxing TH9 before moving up?

Sharonsym made the post before the increase in league bonus so times have changed. Rushing won't allow you to max faster per the builder bottle neck but it will allow you to max faster as per the amount of time spent playing in this game bottle neck. You will gain more loot per army on average at higher TH compare to lower ones. Defensive structures are usually not the bottle neck to maxed base. The bottle neck is usually walls and heroes so by farming more efficiently, you can eliminate that particular bottle neck. If you're farming so fast that you will max walls before defenses and love spending many many hrs on this game raiding, then you're right. You will not max faster by rushing.

At last some one able to answer reasonably, kudos to you.

to OP, I am a rusher and i agree to the idea that maxing every building in certain TH will put you under disadvantage and most people that maxing their building in each TH will progress slower than rusher .
some of the comment here has a valid point on why maxing are better than rushed, some just theory crafting and never doing the actual rush , but that maxing guidelines does not apply to hardcore rusher .
here is what properly rushed base looks like and to all that claim can flattened a rushed based , you are welcome to try to flattened my base , i would like to see what kind of troops that can do that as i haven't been 3* starred for a long time whether its farming & CW .

But what is the point of more loot per hour when you end up putting your Storages outside for charity.... Not exactly the efficient approach most were hoping for...

After TH8 its not a fool move. At TH 9 offence (troops) + defence and walls at least 8 (semi 9). You dont need to max heroes at th9.. Its way easier at TH 10 (with max defence and ringus 10).
