You don't get the point of efficiency. It's not rushed TH10 base can't defend compared to a maxed TH10 base, no kidding but maxed base takes way longer so you can't really compare them. It's the comparison between a max TH8 base compared to a rushed TH10 base with 2 infernos, 3 xbows all the extra towers and walls but TH6 level wt,at and AD. Which do you think defends better? Both of these bases require the same amount of gem or builder time.

You will never defend vs a good attack below TH10 anyways. A TH9 or below with maxed offense and good attacking skill will be able to 3 star a maxed defense TH of their level. It's not whether you have problems farming, it's how efficient it is to farm. Difference between TH9 and Th10 is TH9 raids for 200k/200k/500DE per army average. TH10 raids for 200k/200k/2.5k DE average. Showing your GG etc doesn't prove anything. If you had to raid twice as often as someone who rushed to get the same stats then they are more efficient.

I average about 400k of each and 3k DE per barch army at TH10 without heroes. I don't think I can get that at TH9, that's efficiency.

The OP doesn't mention anywhere in this "guide" what rushing does to a player's ability to compete in clan wars. Maxing troops and learning how to use them is critical. Players that rush to TH9 (or worse, TH10) often struggle to three star bases even with max troops, as they never took the time to learn how to use them against less advanced bases.

Hmmm. But I have to be thee starred by a TH9? Not saying it is impossible but I think it would take someone good to do so. And when my clan wars we look for the rushed TH knowing an equivalent can three star that base. For us war comes down to how many bases we can three star and the rushed bases always stick out

I only posted GG to show I haven't had an issue farming and my min hit is 400K of combined loot since I was a TH8. I don't have time to farm for hours at a time and switch between giant/healer and barch

Rushed th10 will not draw th10 in war. You have to realize that...Are you saying that you would rather attack a rushed th10 with xbows/infernos than a maxed th8?

I would only hit a TH8 if it hasn't been three starred by one of our new TH9s or max TH8 and we needed the star for the win. I can't remeber last time I have had to hit a TH8 if for a though the clan has done well lately.

L1 inferno not very scary and maybe we don't get three but we will get a solid 2.

Like I said I am ok with rushing but saying it is more efficient isn't completly true. Just a different way to enjoy the game

Yeah I would rather hit a rushed TH10 vs hitting a max TH8. It's fun to have my Bk and AQ standing on top of rubble that was once his TH10

Lol...I would love to see these rushed th10's you hit. Getting 2 stars instead of three could give the game away. Especially since a properly rushed base will have max troops, and the rusher will know how to use them..I am ok with maxing, but I know rushing is more efficient. We don't have to argue about it though, I'll just agree to disagree.

I love the logic here. So 3 stars win you wars but you can only 2 star rushed TH10. Seems like the best way to defend and win war is to rush to TH10 and you can't 3 star them anymore while they 3 star your TH9 without heroes. I guarantee my rushed TH10 with max offense has lower war ranking than well developed TH9s.

Being a TH10 makes ur clan draw a tougher opponent? And it doesn't bother you to get two starred by a lower TH? I would freak if a th8 got me for two. After 80 wars I have only seen a couple TH9s walk away from a war with 6 stars from us but most times it was poor base design.

I see ur point on being able to farm more loot and such. That being said, I think not being able to hold a lower th to one star is an overlooked part of the game sometimes.

I don't know about that. I am a maxed (bar Heroes/Walls) 10 and until recently the only TH10 in our clan. We often get matched with clans with a bunch of rushed TH10s... I just laugh and clean the map.
