that is nuts I have done all the stuff they asked and no response I have been told by a friend that they contacted them within 24 hours im working on 3 days

I've had it take anywhere between a few hours and a few days. Just be patient. If a week goes by politely try again.

Was this in regards to a lost village or something else? I had a clan mate that took a couple weeks to get their village back. If you report offensive behavior though you usually get a response with 24h.
