You can't relate war stars to TH level. The two are completely irrelevant. (Maybe relate it to number of wars? Day account was created? however you can't find that info)
I've got 669. Started Clan wars as a TH7, thanks to activeness and gems I'm now at TH10. Loot count would be higher if I was TH10 when clan wars came out but star count would be lower so I take it with a grain of salt.

that's irrelevant... tracking top 5 of each townhall level is the easiest method available. not going to analyze someone's star total based on any other facts. sorry.Quote:
