More then just clan description

I believe we should have more then just the clan description because it is simply to small to fit clan rules, desertion when wars are and so on. So I would love it if they added at clan rules section. A place where you could put what time wars start and how much you need to donate to stay in the clan and so on. Also added a clan bulletin where you could post new things to do like trophy pushing or a shout out to a certain member for doing well and so on. And finally the clan description leave it there so now we can have three things instead of one the clan description!!!
