As a loonion and lavaloonion user in a few hours I know that loon speed is fine as is they are balanced no need to fix what isnt broken

The movement speed is fine.

Balloons with rage spells have absolutely no problem getting around.
(It would also be very OP if balloons were to have the movement speed of, let's say, a minion)
