What have YOU done when someone has wrecked your clan?

Activity and loyalty can get you elder but shouldnt get you co. There should be a huge level of social commitment before you trust the person enough for co, even then you could get duped but its up to you if you think the person should be one. Co-leader isnt something you give as a reward or something, its a functional role that should be given for a reason. In this case it sounds like your fault, if someone spent a good few months in your clan and spent all that time lying and pretending to be someone else and you promoted him then in that case it may not be entirely your fault.

Never happened to me, but honestly, i don't think it would really "wreck" my clan. Would only take a few hours before my clan members would all come back to the clan, as most of them have been loyal for months...

Advice: if you value some players in your clan, make them coleader so that no one can kick them out. My clan has more than 25 coleaders. Just so that no one can kick them out just like that.

Agreed, just simply invite them back

1.) Find out what clan he is
2.) get his fb
3.) chat with him at fb
4.) get his ip adress
5,) go to the ten year olds house
6.) ill let u decide from here...

Some guy wrecked my clan a few months ago. I followed him to the clan he joined and convinced them to kick him. I kept doing this for a few days. He seemed to be getting pretty mad about it.

Sounds like you got exactly what you deserve for giving free co.

Sometimes i join low level clans asking for co, then i just kick everyone. LOL

Only 3 co-leaders in my clans and there won't be any new one until one of these decides to quit.

All co-leaders were in the clan for at least 6 monhs, not much risks they suddenly get mad and kick everybody.

Same thing with members, they need to be there for a few days before getting elder status.

Some recruits do not like it : i don't care take it or leave it, that's the way we are making it work smooth.


The hierarchy is well made in Coc IMO, i only dislike that co-leaders can promote new co-leaders, but as my co-leaders are trustable, i do not really care

That's exactly the point I was going to make pololo.

When my clan got wrecked it was a co-leader who promoted the guy to co. He got duped by the wrecking guy (they spoke the same language that I didn't speak so im not exactly sure how).

They felt really bad about it, but I guess the buck stopped at me, as I was the one who made the original guy into a co-leader.

The way I reacted was immature and petulant! I handed leadership over to one of the other co's, and stopped playing.
Suffice to say, it only lasted about a day and then I was back (regretting my decision to hand over the reins!)

Im still in the same clan. The numbers filled back up again quite quickly, and we got back into our ways of not talking on the chat, and having about 30% contribution in clan wars.
If I turn my back for a few hours there are often around 100 messages in chat:
xxx has joined
xxx has left
yyy has joined
yyy has left
zzz has joined
zzz has left

I really should find a better clan!
