\/alhalla was a clan originally formed in September devoted to the misunderstood DE unit, the Valkyrie. Since then we've been on Daddy's channel 3 times, have made top 500 clans in clash, and have done extremely well in war. We've had two themed events, one for air/ground attacks and one for the duo of Valkyrie and Hog Riders. We have 60 members in LINE chat and a solid base of returning members. If you don't like Valkyrie, stop reading. We are devoted to learning new strategies and developing new tactics. We are not elitist, as long as you are willing to learn and take direction you are welcomed.
*Please note that what I do in real life is a school principal with 3 kids. No seriously. I am very busy and have committed myself to more casual play. I may not respond quickly but give me time*
War Log from \/alhalla - I removed this, at full strength we are a tough to beat clan! Being a training clan though we do suffer from ups and downs when we get batches of new recruits. We rarely lose during events though, quite proud of that ;)
We met up on October 16th and made it into the list of top 500 clans, we did this with our Valkyrie based troop combinations, and inside a week!

Clan Rules
Donations
2 part rule. Donate what is requested but if not for war, make those requests fairly open
Example: Giants, Valkyrie, PEKKA, Golem, Witch VS Golem only!
Our donations tends to be excellent. Don't be a mooch
Sharing and Feedback
Our primary goal is to improve and grow so the following is a must!
1) Share replays daily featuring Valkyrie, if in a themed event one must reflect the theme
2) Provide feedback on the replays posted! We want to learn!
3) You can farm but save those replays for another day
4) Don't expect to use a strategy for the 1st time in war and get a 3 star without practice!
War
Our system tends to vary based on the crew we have along. Often I use brackets and set up a caller sheet where you can call a mark. However, with less experience and a smaller crew I may outright assign targets. This just depends on what the situation calls for.
-I always reserve the right to bench players when it comes to war. In general, in events I try and include everyone. But if you have a very rushed base or are just not prepared I may bench you. This is because even though we are not about winning, losing sucks and war isn't the right place to learn a new strategy (I am implying practice in regular raiding first)
Attitude
1) Must be willing to learn, in war we focus on our goal. We do not start GoWiPe raids when losing, we are here to master Valkyrie strategies
2) Be mature, there are many different types of clans here. Respect them and their takes on clashing
3) You must be willing to get outside your comfort zone, we are here to learn/improve

Signing Up
If you want to make sure you get a slot on an event, show up before the event sometime. Get yourself added to LINE and ask tons of questions. We now do training pretty much all the time. Partake in 3 wars and show us you have potential and you can make sure we'll save a spot for you on the event list.

Try Outs - (to clarify) new members have probationary status. They must show a willingness to learn, improve, and potential. Must share at least one Valkyrie replay upon entry and frequently the next 3 days.
Sniping in war, donating troops that were not asked for, not sharing replays, not taking advice/feedback, attacking outside of brackets, taking someone's mark, and immaturity can get you the boot. We are a good group, just listen to what the leaders tell you and you'll do fine.
LINE Group
We have 120 members who chat via line. We share strategies, pictures, and advice. During events we often use the group to chat and in-between events we use it to keep in touch. This a free phone app that lets you create chat groups.
Warning - you may not want notifications on if you join this group. We can get chatty
Concerning Youtube Members
We have several youtubers in our midst and one rule is not to pester one of them to record your totally awesome raid. They might do it, and we encourage it. But don't be a pest about it.
Keep Chat Clean - be nice, treat each other with respect.

We are going to try and get our golden oldies together for an epic vs match using Folkvangr as the vs team. If we fail we will attempt a week later.
This will be an all out Valkyrie brawl! Anything with 5+ Valkyrie goes!
Please note, if you sign-up you MUST be present a FULL day before. Match up calculations are a pain, and if everything doesn't match up just right - you will most likely fail. I have to make sure hero levels and war weights match.
