So what was the reasoning in making them co in the first place? You get a new member, 4 weeks later you think you can trust them so you make them co? Co should be someone you know you can trust, and for specific reasons. Recruiting skills, keeping members in line, etc. it should be a manager position at work. You just don't make someone a manager for no reason, especially when it involves giving them the power to fire (kick) employees (members). Choose wisely, and you won't need to be here looking for SC to fix your problems.
