Kicks in clan

What if there was like a rule that Co's could only kick out 5 members a per day and elders 2. This would help stop a rampaging Co from destroying the clan. And if a co or elder was to max out his/her's kicks an alert would be sent to the clan leader.
Please tell me what you think thanks

These ranks should be given wisely and only to people to whom you can trust and depend on.

This is true it jst sometimes happens that u trust someone and 4weeks later he kicks 38 members

Then make sure you actually KNOW that they wont kick anyone. A sure way of doing that is to have only friends you know in real life to be Co leader or a member who have been in the clan for a very long time

try to know the people you promote, promoting them regardless of not knowing them is a bad idea.

Isn't there a cooldown? elders can't go on a rqmpage. You have to trust that co leaders will not either.

In my clan, a co kicks many people before every war. If he couldn't do that anymore, it would be so hard to start a war without inactives being in it.

The issue here is that you don't make a person co just because you believe they can be trusted for the position. Feeling you can trust is just a single requirement that would have to be met if there ever was an actual reason.

Anyone that needs CO so they can 'feel they are trusted' does not understand the meaning of the position and therefore should not be co. If they are not trusted they should not even be member, you don't need someone you can't trust in your clan.

Promoting people just because they have been in the clan x amount of time is not a reason either.

CO should be a job people are hired for as you come to need someone to stand in when you are gone. A CO has real responsibilities that include leading by example (just like you) and only enforcing clan rules you the leader has specified. Kicking for any reason other than violation of already posted rules should not be done. Any co that comes up with his own reason for kicking a person (I.E. was displeasing or annoying) should be demoted.

Good point. Above I explained why the reason for this feature request is being driven by leaders not using the Coleader role correctly. But als you have described why it would actually be damaing. Since they don't have opt in/out yet clans need to be free to do massive kick/reinvites to structure their war rosters.

So what was the reasoning in making them co in the first place? You get a new member, 4 weeks later you think you can trust them so you make them co? Co should be someone you know you can trust, and for specific reasons. Recruiting skills, keeping members in line, etc. it should be a manager position at work. You just don't make someone a manager for no reason, especially when it involves giving them the power to fire (kick) employees (members). Choose wisely, and you won't need to be here looking for SC to fix your problems.
