How about if skeleton traps don't work against witches, I like the idea of witches triggering a trap or maybe just getting close to an activated trap and taking control of the skeletons and they attack the town instead?

I will give you points for it being interesting or creative. I am not sure enough whether it is good or bad so I will let other forum members weigh in their thoughts on that.

I like this idea. Skeleton traps can be really annoying and this is an interesting way to counteract them. This wouldn't be overpowered but I don't want skeleton traps to become pointless on defence for trophy pushers and in war attacks. I don't know what kind of impact this would have on them though. I think Supercell should definitely consider this. :)
witches 'reclaiming the dead skeleton traps' hmmm, interesting thought. unique as well as i haven't seen it on the forums before
+less distraction to a raid -> could gain you more stars in a war -> due to troops not path finding to the 'distractions'
+more attacking force
-could be OP, especially with 3 max level traps (on top of the witches skeletons)
-performance issues? (lots of entities)
these +/- are what springs to mind, however this idea is interesting.
would be useful for 3star raiding a base those pesky little skeletons can ruin your raid at no time
It is a unique idea howver I could see people always carring a witch to use the skele traps against the base to prevent this people would just stop rearming the trap thus making it pointless, especially in the upper leagues where GoWiWi and GoWiWiPe are pretty common.
