Help me in war pls

So I have no idea what kind of attack to use in war. Because I usually do a gowipe but I cannot train valks, golems, or witches because the barracks that can train them is upgrading for lava hounds. So here is my troop levels. I will be going up against a kinda lower level town hall 9 though I am not sure exactly who I will attack yet. The attack doesn't have to be a 3 star, I'd just be happy with a 2 star or even a good 1 star.
